The Mumbai batsman brought up his half-century in just 48 balls and in the process, also broke Hardik Pandya’s record.
Sarfaraz came into bat when India scored 237/4 and Rohit Sharma was dismissed for 131 runs. It’s time for Sarfaraz to show his mettle, as he has shown in domestic cricket in the last few seasons. He got off to a slow start but found his boundary off the 13th ball, hitting his first four.
