  3. Cheteshwar Pujara
  4. Umesh Yadav
  5. Shikhar Dhawan
  6. Deepak Hooda
  7. Yuzvendra Chahal.

Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer were dropped from the team due to lack of commitment to domestic cricket among these players. Despite being declared fit by the NCA, both these players were unable to play their respective Ranji Trophy matches.
